Week 13 Recap

ROLLOVER!!

Week 14 will be worth $3,070.00 to a single winner

Well! It just wasn’t meant to be this week. There were several opportunities for a win as we entered the Sunday night football game. Kansas City was a huge Pooler favorite with 230 of 308 selecting them to defeat Green Bay. If that had worked out the way we picked, Saltines would have been declared the winner. TyDyl, Gremlins and Jaybird would have remained alive, needing a Jacksonville victory over Cincinnati. But the week didn’t allow that to play out.

Week 13 started out with 180 Poolers picking a victorious Dallas. But many of that 180 didn’t last long as many of the 180 dropped out of contention as 127 lost on Friday by picking Oregon over Washington in the Pac 12 Championship game. Then Georgia saw their 29 game winning streak end as Alabama upset them, along with 130 Poolers. Bottom line . . . NO WINNERS!!

In the Pick 1 Winner Pool, a 218 Pooler pick Pittsburgh, lost to lowly Arizona. That defeat eliminated 13 Poolers. Jacksonville losing to Cincinnati got rid of another 15. That leaves only 19 in the game.

The Pick 1 Loser Pool saw 5 drop out by selecting Green Bay to fall to Kansas City. And Cincinnati’s win saw 9 more go buh bye. Only 12 can keep on picking in this Pool.

No real changes at the top of the Accumulative Pool. Golfboy is still in 1st place, but only 1 game ahead of Corn Cob Rob, who is only 1 game ahead of the 3rd place Pooler, Mwex10, with 94 wins. Behind these 3 are another 6 with 93 wins. With only 5 weeks remaining a lot can change. Never give up!

Week 14 only contains 24 games instead of the typical 25. There are 15 NFL games and I stuck in every college game on the schedule. And that includes the Division 1AA, Division II and Division III teams. Ad on top of that, the NFL decided to schedule 2 Monday Night Football games, both starting at the same time. WTH!!!

That’s it for this week. Study hard and win some money.
