What a kickoff to the season! Week 1 wrapped up with a bang—and we’ve got 15 Poolers who nailed a perfect 10-0 record.
Winnings Breakdown
At the conclusion of the thrilling Baltimore-Buffalo showdown, Baarty Party, Beerrun33, Chris9080, Dalton, DeBar, Hog For Life, Lambeau Leaper, Pool Master, Red Zuppkes, Shipwreck, and The Roomba were sitting pretty at 10-0. Then, with the Vikings win on Monday night, dwex, Father & Son and TyDer21 joined the winner’s circle. That’s 14 winners splitting $1,525.00—each taking home $109.00. Not bad for Week 1!
Upsets & Observations
Week 1 wasn’t too tricky overall, but we did see a few surprises:
• College upset: Oregon State fell to Fresno State, which caught a few off guard.
• NFL shocker: The Chiefs’ loss to the Chargers knocked out 116 Poolers—Sunday’s biggest shake-up.

• This season: 306 Poolers
• We lost 43 returning players for various reasons, but we gained 30 new ones—welcome aboard!
